Delivery & Returns
1. DELIVERY POLICY
All items ordered are delivered within 14 working days (excluding Sunday's). Over high volume periods or public holiday's this may take slightly longer. If you feel you have been over waiting for your item feel free to contact us via our contact page.
2. OUR RETURNS POLICY
As a customer you get 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. Please contact us on our contact page for info on how to return.
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.
3. FAULTY GOODS
Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by filling out the form on our contact page
Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
4. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes! As long as the item is returned to us in the order it was received (re-sellable order) we would be happy to return the item for you. Postage both ways will need to be paid. If the fault is ours we will cover all postage costs.
